How do I log in as a member?

Once you sign up to our service and activate your membership, you will be asked to set a password for your account. You can then use your e-mail address and the specified password to log in to our site and view the members-only content.

What stock market does PSW Education focus on?

While there are many global markets available, we focus primarily on the American stock markets including the S&P 500, Nasdaq, Russell 2000, and Dow Jones due to the high volume and institutional order flow. We also discuss companies that are listed on these indexes. Feel free to e-mail us with regards to any other stock market as our technical consultants are familiar with all global securities.

How often and when are picks posted for the simulated trading page?

The picks will be posted every Sunday night by 9PM (EST). Since we focus mostly on holding positions as long as possible we will post approximately 5 trades a week that are getting close to filling an order. Our picks will be good for the following week.

Should I use a stop loss in my simulated trading account?

Yes. You should always have a stop loss in place. It is good practice and this will protect you in case the trade goes against you. It also helps you to be disciplined in selling a stock that is underperforming. We will give you the stop loss to use in your simulated trading account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Send us an e-mail saying you wish to cancel your subscription and we will send you back a confirmation e-mail. Please cancel before your monthly subscription is renewed. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be billed and your membership will expire on the following renewal date.

If I cancel during the middle of my subscription period do I get a prorated refund?

No. Once your subscription is cancelled you will no longer be billed. However, your membership will run for the rest of the month until it expires on the following renewal date.

Do you really answer every e-mail you receive?

Yes. We answer every e-mail we receive usually the very same day we receive it.
